In MO no. 2/19.01.2009, Part.V it was published the amendment to the collective level to work on the construction industry 2008-2009. With the additional gross minimum wage based on branch building is set at 650 lei per month, starting with the date 01.01.2009, for a work program of 170 hours / month. Depending on the level of training of employees, gross minimum wage is correct with indices corresponding hierarchy. WARNING: the calculation of contributions to social insurance contributions and state insurance for accidents at work and occupational diseases during the medical leave, the capping of the calculation of contributions for medical leaves, the capping monthly income which consists of base medical leave, the calculation of contribution neangajarea for people with disabilities, will use the minimum wage of crude in the country guaranteed payment, approved by decision no. 1051/2008, in amount of 600 lei.
